IESL Physical Library Development
By Chairman/ Library Publications, Publicity& Conferences Committee (LPPCC); Eng. (Mrs.) Kamala Gunawardena
The IESL library has been a foundation for engineers in their professional and academic growth. Our main aim of the institution is to uplift its library as a hub for innovation, research, and learning in a globally accepted standard. I am happy to say that the IESL physical library, ensures access to a wider range of technical literature, and research materials, a digital collection of 2,900 research papers along with historic Transactions from 1906.
The new addition of the books donated by Dr. (Eng.) Lalith Liyanage has a value addition to the existing physical collection of books in the library. It comprised Engineering and Information Technology over seventy books which are of great value to the members.
